PREPARATION

Getting a good idea of strengths and weaknesses early, allowing for more personalization of workout. 

Also, working on building routines for the athlete. Teaching them how to get ready so they can get the most out of the workout.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL

The more ways you can measure the more ways you can win. 

Work on small improvements, then add layers. Simple Boring

MENTAL APPROACH

What I believe is the most important part of the game.

  • Not teaching players what to think, but HOW to think
  • Getting comfortable playing at an uncomfortable pace
  • Allowing players to be creative + embracing their game
